I want to lose these last few pounds to get to my goal weight.

At age 73 my overall health is good, and I want to keep it that way!


Two major habits to change:
Afternoon Snacking - Have a plan - protein + fruit or veg.
Make a list of healthy snacks and keep in the kitchen.

Overdoing the wine in the evening.
Have two 3.5 oz. glasses before dinner and drink water with my meal.

If I do these two things, plus keep up with the activity, I will stay healthy and may even lose a little more weight. Just don't obsess about it.

And remember:
Eat healthy foods in moderation MOST of the time;
Go to Curves;
Walk with my friend.

Be happy and content.
Live a balanced life.
Do something worthwhile every day.


My Program:
Eat a healthy diet in moderate amounts - mostly fruits, vegs and whole grains.

Do the things I enjoy doing - help with grands, see family, knit, read, garden, tea or lunch with a friend weekly.

Get in activity off and on throughout the day.

Have some outside in the sun time whenever possible.
