My story...

After getting down to my ideal weight for my wedding , I packed on 40 pounds before realizing it... then came the 3 kids . So now I find myself needing to lose 50 pounds to get back to my ideal weight. I've bounced up and down some, but want to make lifestyle changes that I can stick with... so we're starting with small goals and will set the next one as I reach this one. : )

Still plugging away three years and another pregnancy later... continuing on my journey of making better lifestyle choices for me (and my family!)... Down to the final 10-15 pounds and then I'll switch to maintaining my weight and healthier lifestyle! At the rate I've been going (10 pounds every 2 months), I had planned to be "done" with the weight loss part by the middle of August 2010, but it's taking a bit longer as I've stopped tracking and have plateaued the past several months.

I WILL hit my goal. New goal is set for 5 lbs by Thanksgiving and the other 5 by Christmas. I can't believe the end is so close after all these years...Tracking, tracking, tracking! That's how I'm gonna make it!

Hey there Lady! I see you are checking up on me! LOL.

I had a little set back. Was pretty sick for about 10 days and couldn't run. Good news, I lost weight during that time and haven't put it back on. I've started running back up and am registered for my first 5K on Oct 22nd. I'm pretty excited.
