My day is just getting started as the weather tries to make up it's mind what it's going to do. I'll look into my Ravelry account and see about posting some of what I've been working on a little later today. Your day sounded cozy!
My week is going very nicely, thank you! Calm, peaceful, and drama free, just the way I like it. I'm glad that you had a nice Father's Day weekend. I love an incense named Gaia! It sounds lovely!
I have a pretty old cauldron too. Over 100 years old! It used to be the washing cauldron of my husbands great grandmother back in the 1800's in the old South. I don't use it though. It sits out in front of my front door area. I love that it was a gift from my husband. I usually use my very little cauldron which sits on the woodstove.
One of the things I like about Spark is the opportunity to get my spiritual life back into shape as well as my body! I'm afraid I've gotten very lazy spiritually as well as physically. One of the hazards of being a solitary witch I guess.
I'm so glad that you liked the blog I sent you. I thought that it was so simple and well put. As I was printing it out (I like to keep especially inspirational blogs in a binder) I thought that Moonwillow might like this too!
I hope that you had a lovely Summer Solstice! Let me know what you brew up in your kitchen this weekend!
Thank you so much for my wings! It reminded me of a Wiccan saying that used to be popular, but which I don't see much anymore; "As above, So below".
I actually only SEEM busy! Lol! I was injured over a year ago (broken arm and then torn muscle in my shoulder) and I wasn't able to get out much, do much, or drive much. Now that I'm all healed up, I'm trying to make up for lost time by going everywhere I couldn't (see my blog: Back to the pond) and driving again. I have A LOT of EXERCISE to catch up on! Lol!
I was very glad to see you back here again. Sometimes people start with Spark and then just sort of fade away and one loses the opportunity to get to know someone who seems like a very interesting friend. Like you!
Weekends are the worst! I haven't lost anything yet...and with Father's day it was a bit mad! We went into Glastonbury for breakfast, I had a bacon sandwich but split it in half and only ate half....then we went for a long walk...but that's pretty much all of the exercise I took this weekend
