My Goals:
I took a reality check when I hit 100 kg a few years ago, lost 20 kg, then became complacent and plateaud.

Now it's time to shake myself off and recommence the journey.

Aiming for my past healthy and energetic weight -- approx 70 kg.

My Program:
Vegetarian and organic wholefood diet.

A busy and physically active professional job.

Water running and gym, bushwalking and yoga; LOTS of walking.
