Good Morning, April! Yes, I'm a day late and I apologize. I tried to post yesterday, but the site was sooooo slow that I finally gave up after 10 minutes! Has that ever happened to you? I had a couple of bad days (Mon. & Tues.). Did some that was not part of my plan. Tuesday, was triggered by stress (got my auto/home insurance renewal, which reflected my sons accident) I have no idea what happened Monday. I tried to log in for support, but once again the site was slow. I think it must have been a high usage time. Oh well, the world is not perfect, and neither am I. Back and focused, I am. For me a bad day involves mindless munching. What would determine a bad day for you? I wish I could free up more time for Spark. My family (hubby and 2 sons) contributes nothing to the household as far as cooking, cleaning and shopping goes. It all falls on me. Compiled with working full time, well it's just exhausting. Most days I don't stop until 10pm.

Thanks for posting a response to my thread. I was really depressed last night. I think it was because I have been setting myself up for failure. I don't have a meal plan in place, I don't cook much, we always go out to eat, sometimes twice a day.
I need to come up with some good meals. I tried using the Spark People meal plan, but it wasn't really practical for me.
I need to come up with some good meals/recipes. Then purchase the food and then commit to making the meals, instead of eating out. If I can do that, I will be off to a great new start.
Thanks for you encouraging words. If you have any meal ideas (especially breakfast) I would appreciate your input.
