Tips? Oh man, I dunno. I guess the best one is, keep at it. This morning I did 50 reps of my strength training stuff -- something I would've laughed about if anyone had suggested it to me at the start of the year. It does get easier, and after a while it tips into suddenly if you don't work out or don't work out hard enough, it starts to bug you.
