Tips? Oh man, I dunno. I guess the best one is, keep at it. This morning I did 50 reps of my strength training stuff -- something I would've laughed about if anyone had suggested it to me at the start of the year. It does get easier, and after a while it tips into suddenly if you don't work out or don't work out hard enough, it starts to bug you.

Your welcome. How is your diet going? Any tips? I just received a new Pilates video: 20 minute circle workout and accelerated fat burning. I'm starting tomorrow.

I just wanted to wish you good luck with you goals. All you have to do is believe in yourself and things will start to happen! Get support from Spark Teams because people can give you great ideas.
