Come on over and tell us about your camping trips for this year!

Your dogs are adorable! I have a big old golden lab. He's a big doof. lol
He doesnt camp though...Although I think he would like it. he's a no leash kind of fellow though.

I hope you come to love spark people as much as I. I am taking a break right now, but I'll get back in it when the time is right (when camping season is over. lol!)
Its a great tool box for those fat cells!

Hey there! Sounds like we have both been doing awesome!! I can't believe how much better I feel and how much energy I have. Like I said before, remind me of this in a few months! LOL.

I don't know if you noticed it or not but the Dark Side has a challenge starting on Feb 1st. I participated in the Burn Baby Burn challenge and it was a GREAT motivational tool. This time it is an idividual challenge -- no teams and you just track your cardio daily. Check it out.

Hey there! Thanks for the ad...I would love a friend to chat with on our journey. January has been a good month for me so far. I am down 9 lbs. and can't believe it! I have been working out at Curves 4 times a week and feel great. I am also not dieting -- I have just been trying to eat healthy. So far so good -- it's also January 20th! LOL. I have been eating oatmeal with rainsin and walnuts every morning and that is helping alot. Fills me up and is full of fiber. What has been working for you?

I am off tomorrow so my weekend is going great! Hope you were abe to get out and have some fun!!

Welcome to the 100 plus club. I have loss 120 lbs so far. I still have another 45 lbs to lose. I have not loss any weight in the last few weeks. It is not easy at times, but donít give up. It gets better when you eat properly and incorporate consistent exercise.
