I am 30 years old and have maintained a weight of 150 lbs (highest weight ever was 200!) for a few years now. I recently decided to "go all the way" and lose 10 more pounds.

I go to the gym about 2x per week, use a treadmill at work whenever I can, walk with my dog, and do kettlebell workout DVDs.

I used to exercise 2-3x per week, now I aim for 5-6x.

I eat healthy most of the time, but I do allow for dining out about once per week. My diet is mainly ...

I eat healthy most of the time, but I do allow for dining out about once per week. My diet is mainly healthy frozen meals, and sandwiches on as little bread as possible. Diabetes runs in my family, and I watch my carbs.
