My Goals:
My Goals are - to lose a total of 35 lbs. by next year... practice Yoga and dance.. be very active... be adventurous and explore new places in Nature... take weekly hikes.. practice mindfulness meditaton, focus on personal growth and healing, pay special attention to cultivating a nourishing, clean diet & lifestyle... Make health and fitness my main priority.

My Program:
Weekly hikes, weekly yoga and dance classes, going gluten-free, detoxifying, working in the garden, plenty of rest, lots of water, portion control, eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and spend time outdoors every day.

Personal Information:
I am a singer, dancer, writer, and artist. I am majoring in Theater Arts with a minor in Business. I am an animal lover, and an environmentalist. I am a volunteer at an Animal Rescue Santuary. I love to cook. I buy local and Organic, and we grow a large Organic vegetable, fruit and flower garden here at home. I am in a very loving partnership with the sweetest, silliest, most thoughtful man I've ever met. I love spending time with family and friends, and spending time in Nature. I have overcome many obstacles in my life, which has made me stronger, wiser, and more inspired to continue to challenge myself to reach my fullest potential.
