I know I can, I know I can! :)

I repeatedly get on & "fall off the wagon". I get bogged down in life & forget to take care of myself. I usually have to wait until I am tired of feeling yucky with no energy ... a zombie of a sort! So, here I go again! :)

My Program:
30 minutes relatively intense workout, changing the type every day so my body doesn't adjust. Wed/Sun off. Staying away from white flour & sweets, focusing on whole grains, veggies, fruit, & chicken breast, etc.
NO EATING TWO HOURS BEFORE BED.

Personal Information:
I am 41, married (for 21 years), and mother to a daughter (16) and a son (13)

Other Information:
Avid reader, classically trained on piano, baking & gardening are therapy.
Obsessed with British anything. :)

We ALL fall off of the wagon girl. We just get back on! You CAN do this. It is, seriously, ab0ut not giving up. It's a journey for the rest of our lives. Stay strong. You can win.

How's it goin'? I'm trying to get myt mo-jo back. Haven't been on SP much lately....but I'm givin' it another go. Looks like you're getting closer to your goal!!! Good JOB!!! I'm further from mine. Poo. But not for long!!!
