2011 was one crazy year! Graduated from college, moved to Wyoming, and managed to lose weight through all the stress. This year is about grabbin' those dreams n making them mine.

Fitness goals:
1. Complete Insanity (X)

2. Run a full marathon

3. Shoot for 8 hours sleep every night (X)

Save money: Enjoy the free things. Time, music, God.

Get off your ass and work. No one's going to do it for you.
You won't get it by wishing, dreaming, and crying.
You get it by sweating, pushing, and staying motivated.

Thanks for the comment! It means a lot.. I'm still not anywhere near abs like yours, but I'm working on it!! Lol. Oh, I see you completed Insanity! Did you notice incredible changes in your body/muscle tone from day 1 to the end? I've seen all these before and after pictures of people who have done it, and it's pretty amazing. I just finished the first week, and it's tough (as in sometimes I have to stop and collapse on the floor mid-workout). But I'm definitely going to see it through!
