I can do this!

I am a horseback rider, but not as avid as I used to be. Lack of fitness and physical pain have caused me to back off. A loss of confidence did not help either. So I am doing this for myself and for my horse, because we both deserve an healthier, and lighter life.

I am riding my horse more, walking the dogs more, and doing Zumba through YouTube videos. I am focusing on stretching to help with some problem areas that I have from previous injuries and I am just going to slowly build up my workouts so I don't do any more damage to myself.
