Turn this train around!
Sometimes I wonder if it would have been more healthy to keep smoking rather than quit and gain so much weight. I don't think I've ever felt more unhealthy and unable to do things as I do now. I'm one of those people who can't stand to ask for help, but as a result of my weight I'm forced to more and more. I don't think I've ever felt more unhealthy and unable to do things as I do now. I'm one of those people who can't stand to ask for help, but as a result of my weight I'm forced to more and more. Sometimes it seems like I can barely pick up things off of the floor, and when I do it's a great physical feat. It's time to turn this trend around and get at least somewhat back in to shape. I've got stuff to do, kids to raise, and places to go!
