My Goals:
- 1st level: To be able to be weighted on a Dr's scale (350) - Done! 6/18/10

- 2nd level: 333. That is what I was in 1996.

- 3rd: Hitting and breaking that 300

- 3rd: 285 - the last time I remember I was this was in 1990.

- 4th - 250. Just because...

- 5th: My weight in college - 235

- 6th - 220 - close to my goal weight.

My Program:
My program - Get LOTS of exercise (about 90-120 min) Monday through Saturday. Stagger cardio and strength training. Eat healthier, balanced meals and say away from pre-processed as much as possible.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Helena, MT. I'm a Montana native and my home town is Miles City.

Other Information:
Slowly changing my life one day at a time. Not only with weight loss, but in many different areas. Despite the obstacles, I will not give up. Onwards!

g'day Ed!

for Christmas, one of Geoff's gifts to me was an AeroGarden. we finally set it up a week ago with Petunia pods & i'm so impatient for them to come up! not really a fan of petunias but i do think it's fun to try & grow stuff in the middle of winter

this has been a rough couple of weeks for my back ~ pain anywhere from a low of 2.5 {uncomfy but i can function} to over 8 & unable to do anything without tears streaming down my face. the prescription meds help somewhat. the main thing is that I'm not gonna use my back as an excuse not to exercise even if i have to build up at the speed of a turtle.

Cisco & Casanova are fine. In fact today, Casanova caught a small lizard & then shared the eating of it with Cisco!

Geoff is wanting me to go back to college this coming fall & i'm feeling really ambivalent about that, especially since we'd have to come back here in August rather than late October. We'll see.
