Thanks for the comment on my FOCUS blog. I'm glad that it helped you too! I'm right there with you on being hard on myself when the goals I think I should be able to accomplish fall by the wayside. One of the best things I've done for myself is relieve that pressure, refocus, and set new goals. I'm thinking of it as "Start Small to Stick with it All!" In my experience if I'm not sticking to the goals I didn't make them small enough. emoticon

morning...was just browsing and realized I had not heard from you in some time..so checking in to see how things are up there in North country!
My son..less his heart is talking "snow"...I told him I will wash his adult mouth out with soap if he doesn't stop!! But indeed the high 90's are too much for me to tolerate so am out of the house at 6AM to do stuff and back in under the A/C by 10 or so for the day. Let me know how you are ,,,OK?

I am glad my lil blog lent some smiles to your day. I understand your stress..
my DH is slowing fading into the world of Dementia ..and it is much like watching the air slowiy escaping from a balloon. Nothing to do about it but be there and offer support when needed, can indeed be draining. WE need the opportunity to refill our cups from time to time. I have been fortunate in having friends and neighbors to meet with and get away for a few hours at least. I know the time will come that I will not be able to leave him alone but for now ..and hour or so is a good break. Is there any way or anyone that can step in and give you that lil bit of a break? Know I am thinking of you , understanding the dilemma of caring and being overloaded at the same time. I can offer you my friend ship and my shoulder ..and ear to vent to and a heart that cares for you. If you need to vent or just spout a bit..send me either a Sparkmail or I can give you my personal e-mail if you wish.
Know that we all care..and emoticon understand this walk is not an easy one.

A mountain bluebird colored car! How funny!! They do like their reflections, I have birds flying into the window. The male birds I think are very territorial and try to fight their reflections!
