Do not beat yourself up but rather praise yourself.

One of the things I do too often is beat myself up for not being perfect. Even as I tell others that no one can be perfect I expect that from myself. So, my new attitude is working on finding the good things about myself and praising myself for all the things I do and not berating myself when I make a mistake or fall back on old habits.

hi ... how's it going?

dH and I went looking for a new treadmill today as the one we have is pretty ancient. this year has gotten off to a slow start for me & yet, I've made progress in any # of ways so I just need to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

good for you but do be careful not to exercise too much which could actually make your cold take longer to clear up
