Spark motivates me, helps me organize what, when and how much I eat, plus that I started swimming!
At the past my self image was so miserable. I couldn't enjoy anything. Now, I gained my life back, I feel so satisfied with myself and I enjoy being healthy and strong.
Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
Exercise 4-5 days/week.
No snacking after 8pm
Cooking at home: eating healthy
Measure my portions
Cardio 3 times/week
Strength 2 times/week
..Well, I am a girl, I have hair and eyes and a few legs (two of each).
As for the details:
I love the sea and the waves, travelling, reading books, swimming, riding motorbikes and meeting open-hearted people. I smile when I receive letters or cards (not the bills).
I like the nature, fresh fruits, orange juice, stupid jokes, smiles, laughing, crying, feeling alive. I am a moment collector and an animal lover. I like simple people and simple things.
Most of the times I walk barefoot in the house and I hate discovering hairs on my jackets and T-shirts.
I love every kind of art and especially photography.
I love animals, orchids and different cultures.
