To be able to stick with the changes I am making and committing to exercising more.
Eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day. Meals include eating more veggies and fruits. Just trying to stick with whole foods for the most part. Drinking lots of water and limited ice tea to 2 glasses a day.
