My family has started a weight-loss competition. Whoever can lose the biggest percentage of excess weight gets a cash prize. Whether I win or lose, I have an extra 42 lbs that I need to shed. I hope this site works better than all that "nothing" from before. I'm pretty lazy, but I could stand to be a better doggy mom.

My Goals:
My target weight is 128 lbs. That means I have six months to lose 42 lbs. I can do this!

My Program:
I'm trying to eat healthier and smaller.
I will attempt an excersie routine involving WiiFit and these pilates videos I got from my mom.
I have started walking, too.
If I can do it for a month, I should be able to maintain it the whole time.

Personal Information:
I live in Gretna, La. with my husband and two dogs.

Other Information:
I am a terrible bookworm, but I try to read at work when I am bored or in bed.

I've been using the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred Workout and just picked up her other two. ;) I also have her most recent book. I'm normally not one of those people that latches onto a TV personality brand, but all her stuff has been pretty much awesome :D
