Between a depression medication, actual depression, and the worst winter Chicago has had in 70 years, I've gained 40 pounds back after having kept off 50-60 pounds for nearly a decade. My current plan: walk 105,000 steps a week, and eat fewer calories than I burn. Pretty reasonable, right?
