You betcha a loss is a loss! Take it girl and be proud! Good on ya!
Things are going pretty good keeping calories in check for the most part but haven't worked out the last two days. Back to the grind today though;)
Got a haircut yesterday, probably cut off 6 inches. It feels good, I'll have to post pics.

Good on ya babe! 2.2lbs this week, WOW!!!!
You're headed in the right direction, you'll be bikini ready in no time!
I have been having a tough time getting my eating cleaned up and under control lately but am headed in the right direction. Don't want to weigh myself this week because I'm scared it will depress me. So I'm just going to focus on my eating and continuing my workouts and hopefully will be feeling confident enough to weigh in next week.

How's it going girlie?
First day of a new month! I don't know about you but I have got about 2.5 months before I need to be bikini ready. I really need to focus and get serious no more of this one step forward two steps back stuff.
