    Thank you for the SparkGoodie. In terms of zumba, I don't do any specialty classes, but I do have to modify for my left knee and now my left shoulder. I got carried away a couple of times in the fall with a weight song and it's taken a long time to lessen the shoulder pain. I just started back up with 1 pound weights. My instructor is super tough but loads of fun. I do her class 2x/week, and I'm going to see if I can add another class with someone else. Her music/choreography is pretty good and she's not as tough as my 2x/week instructor. I find if you like the instructor and the music, you're golden. Have fun with it. emoticon
