    Hi & thanks for the spark goodie! I am getting excited about the fall challenge too, especially as this is my first challenge. Today we had a beautiful start to the fall - lots of sunshine and warm temperatures. I need to keep this day in my memory bank for when the days of rain arrive. I live in BC just about an hour east of Vancouver and about 2 hours north of Seattle. And we do get a lot of rain here, especially in the fall and winter (and the spring and summer too, to be honest). But it helps keep everything green. I must say that I was impressed that you got the spelling of Saskatchewan correct. Even I struggle with that one!

    Thanks for commenting on my blog. How do you track? I don't mind when just entering one or two things for the exercise tracker but the food tracker is really slow and so I omit things like tea, black coffee, herbs, etc to speed up the process. But it would be nice to keep track of everything to see if there are any changes attributed to the 0 calorie items.
