New Year! New Start!!!

My last intro text had to do with 2009. It's now 2012. I'm post breast cancer. My life has changed dramatically. And fitness & health are still my downfall and still the area of my life I feel most encouraged to change. I've lost "some" weight thru my cancer journey but still have quite aways to go. I welcome you to join me & share our journeys together...let us lighten each other's load...

Revamped 2-16-13

Be able to walk 2 miles without stopping!!!

Weight Goal: 270...this goal represents the weight I was at 22 years ago when my oldest son was born.

Get to 1000 monthly fitness minutes

Walk the Rock n Roll Half Marathon in VB.

Hike the Grand Canyon with Project Athena.

10.28.12...still have to find the magic to get out of the 3s. That is my main goal right now.

May will be 5 years on SP...I want to lose 5% of my current weight by my Sparkiversary.

My Program:
Treadmill walking... daily...at least 1 mile per day!

Deep Water Aerobics 3 times a week. July-check. August-check. Sept-check. Oct-check. Nov-check. Dec-check. Jan-check. Feb-check. Have to register for March.

Sorry I've been MIA for so long. I'm back up to 260, clothes don't fit, so it's time. I REFUSE to buy bigger clothes after getting rid of them all. Hope you're doing ok.

Thanks, Mo! I am looking forward to the spring and summer. I want to get out into the yard again. I am working on it. Still recovering. I did manage to do some housework today. The first time since all this happened. I did tire out fast, though. I am just happy I got what I did done to the kitchen and living room. I did a small amount of chores to the bedroom and bath. Still major stuff needs done around here. It will be a while before I can do them. I am patient. How are you getting along? emoticon
