I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your mojo. I know that it happens to the best of us. Sometimes when I get like that, I remember why I need this healthy lifestyle journey and how great I felt when I was on it and that usually help me to snap back.
Have you tried getting a buddy where you live to workout with and be on this journey with you? Sometimes it helps to have an accountability partner who can help motivate you when you want to slack off/ quit and vice verse?
