Howdy and welcome to Spark People! Well, when you don't know where to start, it's a good idea to start right where you are at and start very small. Freezing meals is great but if you can't, no problem, just set a small, achievable goal to eat a healthy breakfast and aim for a very moderate lunch. The Spark approach to getting started is very practical: change just one thing in your meals plans in a healthy direction; add just 10 minutes of some sort of exercise a day. After a week of success, add one ore nutritious choice and increase your exercise a bit. Nothing overwhelming. The key is getting some success under your belt to build on and then keeping on with the changes. There is a great Stages and Strategies program to follow, articles to read and the excellent trackers. Plus (and this is my favorite part of the site) the wonderful supportive community.
