And So it Begins...

I'll be 25 on Sept 28th and I've reached a point in my health where it's time to stop saying one day I'm going to change, and actually do it. I've accomplished so many things in my life, but this by far is the most challenging thing I've had to do! My first goal is to lose 100 ls by September 28, 2012. After that, in a span of a yea or two, I'd like to lose 60-70 more lbs.

Hey Monie, you can do this, girl! We are here for ya! If you want any help planning for your 5K, just ask. I've done several, my latest one being this past May and I just completed a Half Marathon (walking and in pain...but smiling!)

I, too, want to loose 60 pounds by April/May -ish- so maybe we can be buddies and hold each other accountable.
