The weekend is here, we can do this! Good choices means you got this!

*Calorie counting or portion size!

*Smarter Food Choices (you can sub those fries for a salad at Wendy's) I'm a fast food gal! "I'm working on it"

*Make sure you log your food and exercise in the tracker!

*10 minutes of Exercise!!!! Believe me it will end up being more.... :-)

That's Great! every little bit helps stay on it 10 min, is better then no min....I am 559 days without "sodas" as today got my exercise down its the "food" the changes its hard put possible! good luck wish you the best! emoticon ... emoticon emoticon
