All my life the future has been planned out. Elementary school, middle school, high school and college but then I graduate from school and the future became a scary place where everything was up to me. After graduation I felt like my life lost a lot of direction. I had no idea where my future was going and I was in a rut. I landed a 40 hour a week desk job and I gained weight.

I'd always been one to play sports and I really enjoyed kickboxing but a 40 hour work week tired me out ...

After graduation I felt like my life lost a lot of direction. I had no idea where my future was going and I was in a rut. I landed a 40 hour a week desk job and I gained weight.

I'd always been one to play sports and I really enjoyed kickboxing but a 40 hour work week tired me out and I became lazy. I was always the bigger girl but when I'd see pictures from the weekends of hanging out with friends, I couldn't believe the girl I was seeing. I was in a best friend's wedding, pictured on the left, and when the pictures came back I felt horrible. What a wonderful life event and I'd ruined all the pictures. It took a friend joining the gym and nagging me to go to find the motivation to be active again.

The gym has become a hobby. My days don't feel complete without seeing the regulars at the gym. My favorite day of the week is my session with my trainer and I am continually amazed at the capabilities of the human body. Week by week I gain strength and find a new power in myself.

While I still don't know what the future holds I do feel like I've regained my hold on it. The future looks bright!

My Goals:
Deadlift 200lbs.
Lat Pull 100lbs. CHECK!

My Program:
I am working with a trainer, whom I adore. I work out 6 days a week. Cardio everyday and strength training every other. I eat 1500-1600 calories a day. 3 veggies and 3 fruits. No sugars after lunch and no carbs after 6. I've cut out white flour and cheese... yes cheese :( Lastly, I drink at 8-12 glasses of water a day.

Personal Information:
Avid reader, movie watcher and Wheel of Fortune watcher. Enjoy knitting, crafting and a good game of bingo. Basically I'm 24 going on 75.

Other Information:
Will work out for Peanut Butter and Chocolate Milk :)
