I've lost a lot of weight only to gain it back, too. You know how to lose weight, you can do it, and yet you don't. Me too. Why? We have such sophisticated brains that we can do amazing things, but there's also have junk in there that gets in our way and we don't know how to find the junk and kick it out. The junk may be the times we've told ourselves we're worthless, or when we've listened to people say bad things to us. It's stuck in there tightly, too.
Somewhere in you is that junk. Somewhere in me, too. Let's do it this time. Let's get ourselves back to feeling wonderful and healthy. Let's look inside ourselves REALLY hard and clear out the junk. 3183 days ago

NOTE: I know how you feel. I've lost ground a couple of times before it got it figured out. The worst was when I got down to the 250s and then messed up and went up to 292. But that's all behind me now. 3206 days ago

Dont get overwhelmed with all the info you will see today.. RELAX grab a bottle water and READ as much as you can. It took me a good week or two get really get a grasp of things.. So take your time there is no rush.
Do remember that, there will be days that you will fall down and thats ok, just get back up and dust your self off (BUT DONT STOP Baby learned how to crawled before they walked, thats what we are doing on this diet...
Nothing will get in your way, you are going to be a GREAT LOSER!
