Hi! Your results are awesome! I'm just starting with Couch to 5K, but my running stamina is ridiculous, I was puffing after introductory brisk walk (I was on a treadmill with speed 4km/h) and could only last for first minute of running if not less... Maybe you could help me with your experience when you were starting? Congrats one more time!
