My Goals:
I want to lose my last 20lbs by spring

My Program:
I currently do cardio 3 days per week and strenght training three days a week!

I try and drink as much water a day as possible. Eat all the green , or orange veggies I can tolerate. I am eating only lean white meat and Whole grains also!
