First it was, after I have the baby, then, it was, after I'm done breastfeeding... I could always find an excuses. Now, I'm at my heaviest and I'm not happy about it. I'm facing a diagnosis of pre-diabetes, have a little boy at home who needs a good role model and a husband who deserves a smoking hot wife.
And, most importantly, I deserve to be healthy. Why on earth am I putting so much stress on my body when the answer really is quite simple?!
It's time to do this for myself and take care of myself. I am not a selfish person but this is something I deserve to be selfish about. It's my body, my health and my life. These are things I'm allowed to own and make a priority.

My Program:
Sonoma Diet/ Eat Clean hybrid diet.

Pilates at least 3 mornings each week. On other days, do some exercise for 15 minutes each morning.

3 days a week do an additional 45 min - 60 min workout.

From 7.10 - 8.11 do Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred workout to jump start some weight loss and maximize my time before my Aug. beach trip!

I'm a 26 year old mom and wife. My boys mean everything to me. We live in Westcentral PA about 90 miles East of Pittsburgh.

Other Information:
My son, husband and canine friend are my biggest inspiration. I want to be healthy for them. I want to be able to play with my son, have more energy to stay up and watch movies with my husband and make Rufus my best workout tool!
