Time for change

I have been putting others' needs first and there was never enough time to take care of me. With a full time job and two small children there just wasn't enough time in a day for exercise, or so I thought... I am trying to change my mind set and make myself a priority so that I can feel truly happy and have energy for all the things I want to do.

Well, itís been almost a year since I joined but I havenít been to SparkPeople for several months. Life got in the way, as usualÖ I am returning for my second attempt to loose the weight. I think I am more ready this time.

1) Continue walking 5 times a week.
2) Run consistently 2-3 times a week.
3) Add strength training to my routine.
