I'm ready to get serious about health and fitness. I'm really going to focus on continued progress with consistency in nutrition. I've got the exercise thing to be very consistent, but I fall off the wagon with nutrition (I'm an emotional eater). I am sure that if I prioritize I can do this too.

T/TH Cycling TH Hill repeats on bike SUndays long ride (60-100 miles) MWF Weight training (1 hr each)

Recently I have taken up road biking and I love it.
