Healthy Living

Gluten free. Trying to manage pain from an unknown cause. Getting my intestines back to normal. Have to eat most of my vitamins through food instead of supplements because I don't absorb them! Food is so important! Getting into yoga and trying to get back into ballet(just for fun).

General Goals:
-Yoga every day

My Program:
I'm eating healthy and exercising. Exercise is the hard part for me; it's difficult to force myself to exercise when I know the end result will be me feeling better. I'm trying for feeling healthy with less focus on losing weight, but hopefully a few pounds with come off along the way.

Personal Information:
I'm gluten free since September 2012 and working on getting everything back to normal from the damage gluten has done.
