Mom of boy/girl twins and older daughter

I delivered very healthy/large twins several years ago (7.5 lbs and 8.5 lbs). Needless to say, I gained a lot of weight while pregnant. Now that I feel the insanity of twin infancy/toddlerhood has passed, I'm ready to take control of my weight loss and lifestyle changes.

Thank you for commenting on 'My first day on the Spring Into Shape Challenge; blog. You're sure right... it's all about the continuous movement. I can't seem to do some of the moves now, but I just keep moving. I'm looking up articles about strengthening the knees too. You sure don't realize how much you depend on a joint's range of motion until it's limited!

Sounds like a good choice to do something local so you can still enjoy Easter with the kidlets. It takes a LONG time to get back down to town via bus after Robie, so flying out the same night would be kind of dicey. Hope to see you here next year!
