2014 is my year!!!

For now I am a SAHM mom who has many appointments so I am holding off on going back to school until everything is in order... So this year resolutions are: Lose the last 65 lbs, be in a size 10-12 or smaller, be able to jog/run a mile, & lose more inches...

Goals for 2014: ~continue to eat healthy and recommended calorie range ~Drink plenty of water ~Lose the last 65 lbs to be at my goal weight ~Be in a size 10-12 or smaller ~jog/run a mile ~Continue growing closer to Jesus ~stay away from stressful people and/or situations ~exercise daily ~strength train to build up them muscles ~continue portion control

Goals for 2013:
My goal is to start out losing 50 lbs, so I can be active with my son. (39 lbs lost out of the 50!)

Another goal is to fit into that sexy black dress that most women who lose weight want to fit into. lol (goal met on December 2013)

My Program:
Eating healthy, portion control, exercising daily, strength training,drinking plenty of water doing daily devotions, praying, and reading the Bible.
