32 year old with 3 beautiful boys. My oldest is 7, and the weight from that pregnancy is STILL on me. :) I want to get back in to my skinny jeans. But I also want to be a positive role model for my sons. I want to start making smarter and healthier food choices as well as develope and stick to an exercise program. Kinda hard, being I have 3 boys and I stay at home...but I need to find time for ME! :)
So...I've kinda been MIA for a little over 9 months. This was my intro when I began. Since then I've had yet another boy! :) I have yet to be "cleared" for activity, but hope to get back in the swing of things soon. I'm making it a personal goal to get to my drivers license weight by May 19th of 2010. One year from when #4 was born.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to lose the weight. But I also have other goals that will hopefully lead me and my family in to living a healthier life.

*Lose the weight!
*Fit in to single digit sized clothes!
*Drink more water.
*Adopt some kind of exercise routine.
*Feel better about myself.
*Adopt a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family.

My Program:
Right now with it being summer, having 4 boys, and a husband that travels I'm only able to do videos.

I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred. And I hope to do more once school starts.

Once school starts, I may do a body sculpting class at the Y, just to keep me from getting bored!

Trying to stay within 1200-1500 calories/day.

Drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

Personal Information:
I'm a 33 year old SAHM (stay at home mom) from good 'ol Kansas. ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK!! I have lived in KS all my life.

I met my husband in college and we've been married now 9 years. He is definitely the love of my life. We have 4 wonderful boys. Our oldest is 8, followed by our 3.5 year old, a 16 month old, and a one month old. We finally figured out what causes it! :)

I stay at home, but occassionally substitute teach. For the past 7 years I've been the head girl's high school basketball coach. And I love it. I may not have girls of my own, but come Nov. through March, I adopt 17+! :)

Other Information:
When I'm not changing diapers, stepping on legos, throwing some kind of ball, or blowing a whistle, I LOVE to scrapbook. I just don't have the time anymore. :(

I love chick flicks, especially You've Got Mail and Pearl Harbor. I enjoy history especially the Civil War era. I like most types of music except for the really loud, screaming stuff. :)

My life is crazy and hectic, but it's mine and I love it! :)

    working out hard with little results is certainly frustrating. I should know lol...I do 3 days of strength(45min) +30min of cardio on those days, then 3 more days of 50min or so of cardio and I have been on this routine since 1st week of July.

    I am thinking about cutting back for a few weeks to see I can confuse my body into losing weight...I kept adding more and more to break the plateau now im going to try in the reverse heh.

    WOW! Congratulations on Baby Boy #4! I am glad that you are back and have found a good team.

    I have not been very accountable for oh about since last fall-haha. I am hoping for a gigantic restart-my son heads to middle school tomorrow-and I am going to get on schedule-I live a very undisciplined life-and tehrin lies the problem.
