Starting over...again.

So I had some health issues that set me back, but I'm ready to get back to an active daily routine. My new goal is to lose 10 lbs by my birthday in December. Feel free to hold me accountable, I need it! Thanks!

I am in!! ABOSOLUTELY agree that doing it together will help keep us both motivated. I will go sunday and get the groceries I will need!! Should we weigh in Monday morning first thing and keep track? emoticon

Thank you so much for your kind words, advice and support!! I was going to start the 7 day diet for core rhythms this week, but have decided to wait until monday!!!
