Starting over...again.

So I had some health issues that set me back, but I'm ready to get back to an active daily routine. My new goal is to lose 10 lbs by my birthday in December. Feel free to hold me accountable, I need it! Thanks!

That is awesome that you are training for your first marathon! I can't wait to follow your progress. Also, good luck with P90x...I'd love to return to that someday, but right now body and back says it's not ready for it. It's a great program!!!

Hello there just checking in on you. Did you get back into P90X? Today is my "rest day". I really did need it. My muscles hurt just tossing in bed. emoticon I still might do the stretch cd maybe it will help with the soreness. Don't forget to "Bring it"
