I'm still trying, but once again I fell off the wagon and gained about 20 of the 30 pounds back that I had lost. Life just gets in the way of paying attention to what I eat and exercising consistently, which I know are what need to be done in order to lose weight. Sigh. All I can do is keep trying. - May 3, 2012

I am doing it! With the combination of WW and SP, I have lost 30 pounds since September--Woo-Hoo! So I'm about 1/2 way to my goal. More importantly, I am healthier, more energetic, and feel WAY better than 30 pounds ago. - 3/21/11

I have been trying to get this 50-60 pounds off of me for most of my adult life. I go back and forth, back and forth, but can never seem to succeed! In 2008, I had lost 30 with Weight Watchers, but since going back to work, I have put much of it back on. I go through spurts and stops in healthy living.
I'm a mom of 3 kids (2 boys & 1 girl), and I want to get healthy for them, so I can be around for a LONG time. Also, my husband is very overweight, and I hope to inspire him to lose as well.

3/10/10 - Have lost 21 lbs. (again) with SP--woo-hoo!


30 lb loss - pedicure

40 lb loss - highlights

60 lb loss - shopping trip for new clothes
