I'm a mom of 4 married 22 years . Have 4 kids, 2 boys age 21 & 18 and twin girls age 13. Recently moved to Colorado & the air is thin so getting fit is a must just to be able to walk around without panting!

My Goals:
I would like to lose enough weight to get out of the red on a BMI chart and to shop in a dept. that doesn't say "plus size". I would like to like what I see in the mirror.

Exercising & eating as healthy as possible

I'm from Ca. Met my husband there... been married for just about an eternity ( that's a good thing) and love being a mom :-) Now living in Colorado & finding that I feel like I can't ski due to my size.

Do you have any idea how embarrassing that is to click on you page and have a bazillion Edward's staring at you while Spark takes it's own sweet time loading?! ;-) I was waiting for someone to walk by my cube and wonder who the freaky man is with the Twilight obsession. :-P I was scrambling to cover it with other windows before any witnesses walked by! I love you anyway...even if it means another midnight, Twilight double feature in June.

You are #1 in SparkPoints!! on Penny's pals... thought you were going to be #1 in fitness too since I took yesterday off. You are just behind me though... I'm so proud of you!!

You are doing really good on your calories! I was just looking through your log and if you search Costco Chocolate chip cookies click the box that says all of these words and then food shared by other members (or something like that) you can find them. You were right, 210 calories. But still, I believe you were in your range that day, regardless so YAY Janie!

BTW you are #11 in Fitness on EC LOVERS, I'm betting you'll break into the top 10 this month!!!

Just FYI, when you do strngth training each set is worth 5 minutes.
So 2x12 situps, 10 minutes
2x12 dumbell curls 10 minutes for the right arm, 10 minutes for the left. Strength training will totally help you climb that board :)
