Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.

I am a single mom who works 3 jobs (one full time and two part time) while I take care of my beautiful 8-year-old daughter. I find time almost every day to work out for an hour a day. I have changed up my diet to make it high fiber (24-40 g of fiber a day) and make sure I get at least 8 glasses of water a day. Yay! Good to see you back. I didn't realize you had posted to my SparkPage. When they did the update to the main page I went in to reset some stuff and had happy fingers and turned things off that should have been left on!

Hi Amy!

Just stopping by to see how you're doing. I've been so absent lately. For some reason I couldn't get into "sparking" and I can tell the results because I've gained 12 pounds! For some reason I just had this "eh" attitude and I don't know why. But I'm getting myself back on track and have come up with a plan - I think!

But wanted to see how you were doing? How is your daughter and still seeing the fella? I hope you are - it sounded like he was a good catch!

I hope all is good with you and that you're enjoying your summer. This heat has been brutal! I'm dreading to see my next month's electric bill. This month was bad enough!
