Busy busy (talking about both of us ;) Had a great time visiting with family over the fourth and took extra time to work on projects at my sisters house. All turned out looking good and always so much easier when you have help than trying to accomplish on your own. I definitely have lost weight differently this time than the last time I was at this weight. Pants too big but on the other hand not fitting into smaller sizes that I wore in the past and when I take my measurements my arms are exactly the same as three months ago but I can tell sweaters are fitting better in the arms. Will see what the weigh in says, as I am not ambivalent just more cautious that I need to keep what I am doing to realistic so that I can maintain my program in the future. Have maintained nutrition numbers multiple times in our current challenge but I cannot always say that has happened when I look back over the reports over the past few months ( a good reality check). I am sorry to hear about your recent struggles with strength training if you want a great strength program you could always try the spark people videos or even try looking at how the exercises are done in the exercise library. I workout at home. Or one thing that gives a great calorie burn plus makes you feel good is strength training through circuit work. Check it out you just might find a great thing!! 95 days ago
