2015''s new Goal

Hi my name is Sandy and I have struggled with my weight all of my life. Yo-yoing anywhere between a size 12 and 20. I have had many ups and downs with sparkpeople but I can only blame myself. I get close to my goal and then sabotage myself.

I am now the heaviest I have ever been in my life and want to make 2015 my year. My goal is lose 50 pounds this year. This will not get me to my goal weight but it will be really close! I will be accomplishing this with 10 pound goals ...

My kids are my life and I want to make sure that I get to enjoy many years with them and potential grandchildren. So now is the time to get it together and stay motivated and focused on my goal.

Cardio 6 times a week and muscle toning three times a week.

I am the mom to two wonderful children. They are my motivation to lose. I would also like to feel good about my size again and finally be out of Lane Bryant.

I am the vice-president to my kids Elementary PTA, mom o a girl scout and boy scout and love to read and draw.

Thanks for reading. The app is LF Connect or Life Fitness Connect. Once you install the app it will ask all of your particulars. Then when you scan the machine it will provide a video demonstrating proper machine usage and seat height for you emoticon
