Thanks for stopping by and checking on me... I'm doing ok on my ITC's this week. I'm having to look up new upper body strength exercises because I usually do push ups or use dumbbells. I sprained one of my fingers and I can't lift anything heavy with it. So I have been doing arm circles ( which burn) and there are some more but I don't remember what they are. Hoping your weekend is doing good and your ITC's are coming along 46 days ago
Enjoy your family time on Sunday, did you take a consistent day of the week off for the summer? I wish I had thought to do that. Off to a good start with BL first week, unfortunately had gained weight with company visiting last week so working my way back to the prior number. Never know how to answer that of SP - have you lost weight this week "why yes but not as much as I had gained ;)".
