A New Me By Thirty-Three

Im a single mom to a handsome 2 y/o. He is the light of my world. There are two reasons I'm doing this. 1) For Me and 2) For My Son. Currently I dont have a boatload of medical problems and I would like to keep it that way. I do know that my migraines will decrease with my weight loss. Ive been there before, 60lbs and 10yrs ago.

Eating right in my line of work is a chore. I'm a medic, im always on the go and rarely in a place where I can heat up something. Keeping things ...

Eating right in my line of work is a chore. I'm a medic, im always on the go and rarely in a place where I can heat up something. Keeping things cold in a hot truck in the middle of 115 degree heat seems to also be a task as well. So I'm working through these trying to find good things that are quick, easy and emergency services proof. ;-)

I want to lose 100lbs and at that point I will reevaluate myself and how I feel. If I feel its necessary then I will continue my journey of a healthy new me.

My mom is a Sparker and she has done amazingly well. She has lost 50lbs so far and is such an inspiration to me.

Week 1 Mini Goal - Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Week 2 Mini Goal - Journal Food Intake

Week 3 Mini Goal - Walk 3 times a week

Continually increase exercise amounts.

Hi Dear, Just dropping in to say Hi. This is the start of my 3rd year with Spark People and I was not keeping up with my friends, so have decided that every day I needed to go to a friend's page and leave a note and by the time I reach everyone once it will be a month and then I'll start again.
