Color Run 5K - Anchorage, 6/15/13 -

My Program:
Eat between 1200 & 1500 calories every day with one "gimme a break" meal per week.

Get at least 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week and 30 minutes of strength 3x a week.

Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

Other Information:
