Mommie Trying To Get Healthy!

I am a mom of two great kids, one 5 year old boy and a one year old princess! Hubby and I have been married for 9 years and have grown extremely comfortable with each other which makes for losing weight even more of a struggle. Not to mention the stress that comes along with being a mommie and a wife but I am also a teacher! So losing weight is very difficult for me, to say the least!

Hey!!! How did your week go? I hope it went well and I can't believe we're almost done! Schools almost out for my kiddos and I'm working out some ways to keep on track with 4 kids....how about you? Are you getting into R&R mode yet?

Hey Comrade, it's the middle of the week, so I wanted to see how you were doing? I know you probably are busy still and that's fine, but how are you mentally and emotionally? Have you been able to make healthier food choices or get some R&R yet?

Myself: Just did my grocery shopping today and my goal was to buy whole grains....was so tempted to buy other things but didn't. I'm going to try to make some homemade granola. I've been good, got my exercising in, I feel alert but maybe just getting jitters from thinking about my husband on his way back to the states. Anyway, just checking in with you!
