I'm happily married (32 years) to Jeff. We have two adult children and one granddaughter. I lost 30 pounds for my son's wedding in July -- not near what I wanted to. After an accident, I gained all of it back, plus 10 more. I worked so hard and it is frustrating to have to admit this and start over. I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic and both parents are diabetic, so I MUST change NOW!!

My Goals:
1-lose weight in small increments -- so far, first goal is Thanksgiving and second is Christmas;
2-long term - August 2015 for our 35 year anniversary;
3.become healthy from the inside out.

I'm using common sense and tracking the SP way does and if it helps me lose better.

I am happily married to my precious husband of 32 years. We have two grown children and one precious granddaughter. We are walking buddies and have a wonderful time together.
Other Information:
Can't miss a NASCAR event on TV and have been to a few races -- there is nothing like it, just awesome!
