My Goals:
My Goal- First and foremost is to be healthy it's not just the numbers on the scale for me- I am doing this not just for myself but for my family.

My New goals/motivation:
* 199 12/2011

1) 190=
2) 180=
3) 170=
4) 175=
5) 170=
6) 165= 45lbs
7) 160- lifetime health goal 50 lbs
8) Fit for life- get it off and keep it off!

My Program:
Right now I am just trying to find a system that works for me. I am new to SP, but I have lost weight in the past. This time I don't want to diet or workout like a maniac 3x a day. I want to make lifestyle changes I can stick too. That are easy and make sense for a working mom. Right now: 1) Be accountable for what I eat- if I have a high calorie lunch or bfast I choose a low-cal dinner to balance myself back out for the day. 2)Excercise as much as possible! 3) Weigh-in every Monday- helps me make smarter choices throughout the weekend knowing weigh-in is right around the corner. 4) Learn- different weight-loss techniques, strategies, read success storie. 5)Switch-a-roo- keep my body guessing changing my routine helps me not get stuck!

Personal Information:
I am married w/children! My husband and my girls are my pride and joy and I am truly blessed to have them in my life. I must do this....I will do this for myself and for them!

Other Information:
Not so new to this weight loss game. I lost 40 bs in 04, but then got pregnant with my 2nd daughter. I was a stay at home mom at the time and ived in the gym I worked out 3x a day and lived on chicken & broccoli. But it was too restrictive! The 2nd time I joined Weight watchers online in 07 and 3 months later I was 30 lbs lighter. I also restricted myself too much trying to focus only on zero to 5 point meals. I went back to my old ways slowly but surely. I also didnt like to make 2 seperate meals one for me and one for the rest of my family. This time I am combining the "good" from all of the methods I have tried and finding my own way....Diet is not in my vocabulary..............this is truly a lifestyle change for me!
