My Goals:
To drop down to a healthy weight of 135. Be able to shop for clothes in the junior department. To eat more vegetables and fruits....


My Program:
I started my healthy way of living/eating plan July 7, 2008.
I drink 96 oz of water per day.
I eat every 2- 3 hours eating 3 small meals a day and 2-3 snacks.
I try to stay anywhere between 1200 -1500 calories a day. I have introduced more fruits and vegetables into my meal plans. I am disciplining myself to stay away from McDonalds, sweets, and sodas.
Doing 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week.
Jari Love's Ripped 3 times a week for strength training.

Personal Information:
I am 39 years old. I have 3 children ages 17, 16, 3.
I love reading books by Zane, Eric Jerome Dickey and Stormie Omartian...her books have taught me how to pray...something we all need much of.

Hey MomsLadyBug! I'm glad you stop by to check on me. I was thinkng about you the other day but and wanted to send a message and got distracted. All is well and I'm having some good progress. I'll be posting pictures of me on vacation last week where I can actually see results, heyyyy. Thanks so much for your support and for keeping in touch. I'll check on you later in the week.

Wow! girl we are on the same path! We started the same place and have the same goal!

Thanks for the compliment. I have been working my butt off the past week. I have always been small but I gained all this weight from being inactive.
